Information About National Shipments Spain

Sending Spain pensinsular 4.99euro + VAT up to 5 kg. Free Envio starting from 49 euros.

Shipping to the Balearic Islands 7.95 euros + VAT up to 5 kg. Free Envio starting from 49 euros.

Shipping to Canary Islands. 59.95 euros + VAT up to 5 kg. Free Envio starting from 49 euros.

Gli ordini vengono evasi entro 24/72 ore lavorative salvo imprevisti o giorni di promozione del prodotto. Bodhi Naturae si adopererà sempre per rispettare questo termine e inviare l'ordine il prima possibile, non essendo responsabile in caso di ritardi.
Orders are processed within 24/72 working hours except for unforeseen events or days of product promotion. Bodhi Naturae will always endeavor to respect this deadline and send the order as soon as possible, not being responsible in case of delays.
Orders placed after 17:00 will be considered as placed the next day.
If the order is placed on Friday from 12 noon, it will be processed the next business day, that is, Monday.
Bodhi Naturae will notify the customer at the time their package is sent, by email to the email address provided by the customer at the time of order. In this way, the client will have the traceability number of the order and can choose, in the case of not being at home, delivery to a collection point. Always be attentive to your email inbox because it is the channel through which we will communicate.
You can track your shipment using the link that you will find in the email that confirms the shipment of your order.
It is the customer's responsibility to check the suitability of the products served with respect to the order placed.
Any claim regarding the nature or specifications of the products must be made within 72 hours after delivery. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no delivery service and they are counted as non-business days. In the event of any damage suffered during transport (damage to the packaging), we recommend that the unopened package be photographed and those photos sent to hello@bodhinaturae.net so that we can make the pertinent claims.
To ensure the quality of service, please carefully enter your full shipping address. The address must also contain the house number.
To ensure that you receive the products quickly and correctly, we recommend that you:

  • Indicate an address where there is always someone to receive the package.
  • Add a phone number that someone can always answer.
  • Put the last name on the doorbell.

If the courier does not find the name, send the package in escrow or to the sender indicating it as "incorrect or incomplete address".

If you want to receive the package in a company, also enter this information in the address, so that it is more complete.
If you have the wrong address, write to us as soon as possible at hello@bodhinaturae.net so we can help you. Once the packages have left our warehouse, it will not be possible to change the address without suffering an additional cost for it. The best thing will always be that you check all the fields.
In case of Local or National Holidays, orders will be resumed on working days, so the delivery time will be longer than usual.

Pick-up point delivery
We provide you with delivery at DHL collection points (service point) after completing the order you will receive an email with the possibility of choosing a DHL collection point and selecting the one that is most comfortable for you. There are more than 3,700 collection points in Spain with long opening hours, including weekends.
If you choose this mode, you will receive the same information as when a home delivery is made and the logistics company will notify you by mail that your order is available for collection at the delivery point. And you will also be helping us to take care of the environment.

Shipping to Italy 14.95 euros + VAT up to 3 kg. Free Envio starting from 99euro.

Shipping to Europe 19.90 euros + VAT up to 5 kg. Free Envio starting from 99euro.

Except for unforeseen events or product promotion days, delivery times are indicated in the table and vary depending on the destination. Bodhi Naturae will always endeavor to respect this deadline and send the order as soon as possible, not being responsible in case of delays.
To find out when your order is shipped, keep an eye on your inbox. We will send you a shipping confirmation for your order and you will also receive an email from the logistics company indicating the estimated delivery date.
